About Kevin’s Career

Kevin represents victims of corporate greed. He works predominantly with victims of exploding electronic cigarette batteries as well as victims of rideshare abuse. His background in corporate law makes him uniquely equipped to deal with companies that disregard their customers’ safety. 

Kevin’s legal practice originated from the cannabis industry. He advised equity clients on cannabis regulatory compliance, land use, and business law. He became involved in the cannabis legal field for social justice and continues to champion that cause by holding companies accountable for their malfeasance.  

In Kevin’s spare time, he enjoys inventing cocktails, watching anime, and playing tabletop games. To counteract the sedentary recreation, Kevin enjoys Latin dancing and scaling down intense 90-day workout programs.
